AI-enabled execution platforms for complex operational systems.
Koovi Technologies builds software infrastructure, automation systems, and applied AI tools that translate complex workflows into deployable digital products.
Built across healthcare, finance, media operations, programmable finance rails, quantum tooling, and applied AI workflows.
Most organisations don't lack ideas. They lack the execution layer.
Good ideas fail when they stay trapped in documents, meetings, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. Koovi Technologies builds the layer that turns those problems into usable systems — tested, deployed, adopted.

Applied technology, deployed.
AI-enabled execution platforms
End-to-end systems that run real workflows, not just demos.
Workflow automation
From manual process to deployed automation, mapped to operational reality.
Operational dashboards
Decision-grade dashboards built on the data you actually have.
Data infrastructure & integrations
Pipelines, APIs, and integrations that hold under load.
Programmable finance tooling
Applied stablecoin and on-chain rails where the use case justifies them.
Quantum-enabled prototyping
Exploratory tooling for problems where classical compute is the bottleneck.
Sector-specific software
Vertical products built for healthcare, finance, media, and operations.
Internal tools & portals
Client portals, admin systems, and internal platforms with adoption built in.
We work from operational reality first.
The technology follows the problem, not the other way around.
Built by operators.
Koovi Technologies is founder-led by operators working across healthcare, finance, AI, programmable finance, quantum, and applied software development.

How Koovi came to be.
Not a pitch. The actual sequence — from a Responsible AI room, to a quantum hackathon podium, to NHS production systems and convened innovation programmes, to the company you're reading about now.
Chapter 01
Met as Responsible AI Champions
Aschwin and Arun first crossed paths as AI Champions for Responsible AI UK — Health & Social Care. One operating from the inside of NHS finance and data infrastructure, the other from the clinical frontline as a PCN pharmacist and NHS Clinical Entrepreneur. Same conviction: AI in healthcare has to be built responsibly, and built by people who actually understand the system.
Chapter 02
Second place at the Quantinuum Bradford Hackathon
We took a real clinical optimisation problem onto Quantinuum's H-Series quantum stack and shipped a working prototype inside the hackathon window — finishing second out of a national field. That weekend made the partnership obvious: clinical insight and engineering velocity, in the same room, against frontier compute. Koovi was the structure we built around what already worked.
Chapter 03
Embedded in the NHS, not adjacent to it
Between us we sit inside NHS finance infrastructure (SQL Server, data warehouses, costing and income systems, agentic AI replacing Excel-driven processes) and inside live clinical practice, social prescribing and the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme. We co-founded the Clinical AI & Quantum Hackathon, run the Clinical Finance Innovation Sprint, and convene clinicians, engineers and frontier labs through INALYN CIC and the OpenClaw programme.
Chapter 04
Why Koovi exists
Koovi Technologies is the commercial vehicle that lets that operating model serve everyone else — NHS Trusts, innovation bodies, frontier labs, founders, and small businesses that need the same thing: complex operational problems turned into adoptable, production software. Founder-led, 50/50, no agency layer. Problem in, working system out — usually in days.
We met in a room about doing AI responsibly. We proved it on a quantum stage. We run it every day inside the NHS. Koovi is what happens when those three things are the same team.

Modern AI-assisted development loop.
We work in a research, strategy, prototype, build, audit, refine, deploy loop. The advantage isn't the tooling — it's the operating loop. We move quickly from ambiguous problem to working system while keeping quality, usability, and adoption in view.
Where we've been operating.
A short read of what the founders have actually shipped, hosted and researched — across quantum, decentralised AI, NHS data, and the live frontier of applied models. Deeper write-ups land here as case studies.
